If you had to pin a label on me, I’d say I’m a marketer but I have also led sustainability, sales and product development teams and have been on the executive team so I know what it’s like to have pivots in your career, which now includes starting a business!
People’s development has always been important to me which is why I trained to be a leadership coach in 2010 and have been coaching ever since, in and outside of the organisations I’ve worked for. I’m trained in three different coaching methodologies and am ICF accredited (ACC).
