Bespoke career transition guidance

Working individually with people, we create and deliver a tailored transition support plan incorporating some, if not all, of the components of our workshop programmes.

We always start with an introductory meeting to discuss what is needed before preparing a career coaching plan for each individual.

 

Career coaching can cover things like a deepening understanding of strengths and transferable skills; core values; and personal meaning from work to help give clarity to a future career direction. It typically always covers reviewing CVs and LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation and how to access the hidden job market.  

Depending on what is needed, most people achieve their goals in three to six coaching sessions.
