Our Next for you workshop programme provides an opportunity for people in career transition to pause, take stock of what they already have - skills, experience and strengths, learn more about themselves, get clear on their path to work they can love and have an action plan to get there. They also work on change resilience and brush up on all the tools and practices to be job market ready such as CV preparation, social media profiles and interview practice. This is a great option when you have a larger number of people affected by change.

Job Market Fit is a short workshop programme designed for those who are clear on what they want to do next and simply need the support to get ready to hit the job market with confidence. They’ll work on creating a stand-out CV and LinkedIn profile and practice their job interview skills. People really enjoy supporting each other and feel a sense of positive momentum during a tough time.  

Even though we can offer ready made programmes, there is no paint by numbers here! We work with our clients to shape programme content to meet the needs of the organisation and participant group(s).

And, with us, you only pay for what you use. For example, if an individual is offered a coaching package of five sessions and only uses three, that's all you pay for.
