With a rich background in leadership, I understand what motivates people and I try to bring that insight into every coaching conversation. Having made my own bold career pivot, I understand how daunting change can be but also how incredibly fulfilling.

I’m a big believer in designing a life you love. For me, balancing my coaching work with plenty of laughs, good coffee, and outdoor adventures with my husband and our two sport-obsessed kids, is the secret to a happy life!
